What is an Email Template?#

Email templates are a variable filled Gmail Draft Email that is used by Go Mail Merge to send personalized emails to your recipients.

How to use variables in an email template#

  1. Simply insert a Google Sheet column name into your Gmail Draft Email and Go Mail Merge will automatically Replace the column name with the value from the respective Google Sheet row. i.e. {{First Name}} will be replaced with the value from the cell with the same exact Title in the Google Sheet.
